Kenpo Karate
Kenpo Karate will focus on practical escape techniques that will enable you to defend yourself from a "would be attacker". The movements are direct, effective and easy to learn.
Tae Kwon Do
Tae Kwon Do is an Olympic Sport, most noted for its powerful kicks. Here you will develop coordination and flexibility to fully activate the natural strength of your legs for self defense.
Kung-Fu
Kung-Fu is a softer, more flowing technique. The attackers own strength will be used against themselves with these fluid, yet evasive movements. Kung-Fu is an excellent source of training to improve grace and balance.
